Boots arrived on Wednesday thank you for the socks. I only ordered them on Monday great service. Thank goodness to get back into these Aigle Parcours Iso they fit like a glove and -5 this morning my feet were toasty warm. I had bought a pair of Muck boots in the summer but they would not compare to the Aigles at all.

I was looking for a wellie with a generous fit round his calf as he has quite chubby legs and have struggled to find a pair that would fit on the high street. I wanted to let you know how fantastic I feel your customer service has been. In particular Hannah and Jessica.

My husband purchased a pair of Joules wellies as a Christmas present for me last year. When I got them out of the cupboard to wear in November, I quickly realised the left one had sprung a leak, and contact you to ask about repairing it.

Hannah had a look at the order, and explained that, if I could get the boot back to them, they would have a look, but from what I was saying it would be a replacement pair. I was stunned.

Today Jessica has called to confirm they had the boot, the design was no longer available but would I like to reselect from your website. The difference in price taking postage into account was 20p, which you were writing off, and the boots would be despatched tomorrow.

I have worked for a couple of large retail companies with reputations for excellent customer service, and we now run our own retail business. I am aware of how important good customer service is, and how "the extra mile" makes all the difference. I also know that it is very rarely recognised.
